Proposal to organize Joint Conference

Dear Colleague,

Greetings from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology,  India.

We are happy about our association with your University. We are interested
to make our partnership more active and would like to propose a joint
conference between us.

Our Institution is planning to organize International Conferences in the
following areas:

1. Department of Mechanical Engineering – International Conference on
Frontiers in Mechanical and Automobile Engineering during 2nd - 4th April
2020

2.Department of Computer Science Engineering - International Conference on
Artificial Intelligence and Computational Data Science during 8th - 10th
April 2020

3.Department of  Mathematics - International Conference on Mathematical
Sciences During 4th - 6th March  2020

The Partner University will have to
1. Send speakers for the conference ( Fully Sponsored by Sathyabama)
2. Review papers for the conference
3. Send papers to the conference. (A maximum of 10 submissions from the
partner University will be given complimentary acceptance which they have
the opportunity to present online).
4. Identify Scopus/WOI Indexed Journals (Both Universities)

We would like to have a skype discussion on the same to discuss further the
roles and responsibilities of our Institutions for the conference.

further queries. Also let us know your area of interest or the department
you are interested to collaborate with for the Joint Conference and we can
have further discussions on how to take it forward.
