[Fall 2020 and Full year 2020-2021] Nomination is now open at Epitech!

Greetings from Epitech!

PS : In case you are not the person in charge of the outgoing students, please do not hesitate to forward this email to the right person.

Nomination for the fall semester 2020 or for the full academic year 2020-2021 is now officially open!

Nomination

International Relations Office of home university should send to xiaoting.yin at epitech.eu<mailto:xiaoting.yin at epitech.eu> and CC to internationall-relations at epitech.eu<mailto:internationall-relations at epitech.eu> the nomination list by email with the following information of the nominated students :

  *   Full name
  *   Gender
  *   Email address
  *   Study area
  *   Study year



You can now nominate your students for Fall 2020/Full academic year until April 1st, 2020.

Once you send the students’ information, we will contact them with all the application instructions via email.



Student application

Once the students receive the email, they will be required to complete the application form April 15th, 2020

They need to provide the following documents with their application form.

  *   Scan of the passport
  *   Scan of an English proficiency certificate (we accept internal English tests (B2 minimum)
  *   Scan of their transcripts



Following the student application, the Epitech International Relations Office will contact the student to plan an online meeting to introduce Epitech and to answer any questions they may have.

Once all the documents are sent and we have met virtually with the student, we will evaluate their application for acceptance.
