[Fm] Laporan Kegiatan Catur Dharma Semester Genap 2016/2017 (Catur Dharma Activities Report 2016/2017 - even)

Kepada Yth Bapak/Ibu Faculty Member,
Di tempat
Melalui email ini kami mengingatkan kepada Bapak/Ibu mengenai kegiatan Catur Dharma pada semester Genap 2016/2017, terutama untuk Pengembangan Diri, Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat dan Publikasi. Bagi Bapak/Ibu yang melakukan kegiatan Catur Dharma diluar dari program yang ada pada Unit Pendukung, mohon dapat dilaporkan sebelum akhir Juni untuk semester genap, agar dapat direview oleh Unit Pendukung.
Berikut kegiatan Catur Dharma beserta dengan Unit pendukung :
1. Pengembangan Diri dilaporkan ke BCL&D (Kampus BINUS Anggrek, Ruang 207)
Konfirmasi kegiatan terkait Pengembangan Diri dapat dilakukan melalui email kepada
a. Ibu Sunarsih (sunarsih at binus.edu<mailto:sunarsih at binus.edu>)
b. Ibu Oktaria Kusumawardani (okusumawardani at binus.edu<mailto:okusumawardani at binus.edu>)
Seluruh laporan dapat di-cc kepada Ibu Lisa Wong (Email: lwong at binus.edu<mailto:lwong at binus.edu>).
Bapak/Ibu dapat melakukan konfirmasi terkait Pengembangan Diri dengan mengirimkan evidence/bukti pendukung dan mengisi formulir terlampir
(file FM KPI Related to Self Development.pdf).
Khusus untuk FM di JWC (BBS/BUI/BNSD), konfirmasi kegiatan terkait Pengembangan Diri dapat dilakukan melalui email kepada Bapak Burhanudin (burhanudin at binus.edu<mailto:burhanudin at binus.edu>).
2. PKM dilaporkan ke ComDev (Kampus BINUS Anggrek, Ruang TFI depan Copy Center Basement)
Konfirmasi kegiatan PKM dapat dilakukan melalui email kepada Ibu Maryani (cda at binus.edu<mailto:cda at binus.edu>) dan di cc kepada Ibu Retno(retnodewanti at binus.edu<mailto:retnodewanti at binus.edu>).
CDA akan membantu mendatakan komunitas dari kegiatan Bapak/Ibu yang dilakukan di luar BINUS University pada BM5, tetapi laporan tetap diupload oleh Bapak/Ibu FM di BM5.

3. Publikasi dilaporkan ke RTTO (Kampus BINUS Anggrek, Ruang 700)
Konfirmasi kegiatan Publikasi dapat dilakukan melalui email kepada
a. Ibu Ratna Kartika (rkartikasari at binus.edu<mailto:rkartikasari at binus.edu>) untuk publikasi internasional
b. Bapak Haryo (hsutanto at binus.edu<mailto:hsutanto at binus.edu>) untuk publikasi lokal/nasional
Seluruh laporan dapat di-cc kepada Ibu Nurlina (Nurlina at binus.edu<mailto:Nurlina at binus.edu>).
Khusus untuk FM di JWC (BBS/BUI/BNSD), konfirmasi kegiatan Publikasi dapat dilakukan melalui email kepada Ibu Juliana Berewot (jberewot at binus.edu<mailto:jberewot at binus.edu>).
Bapak/Ibu dapat melakukan konfirmasi terkait publikasi dengan mengirimkan bukti pendukung berupa email konfirmasi dari Publisher bahwa paper Bapak/Ibu diterima beserta softcopy paper jurnal. Jika jurnal sudah terbit maka bukti pendukung yang diperlukan selain email dari Publisher berupa cover jurnal dan halaman dari paper Bapak/Ibu.

Through this email we would like to remind you to do Catur Dharma Activities for 2016/2017 Period (Even Semester), especially for Self Development, Community Service and Publication. For Faculty Member who perform Catur Dharma activities outside of the program provided by the Supporting Unit, please send the report before the end of June in order to be reviewed by the Supporting Unit.
Here are the activities of Catur Dharma and related Supporting Units:
1. Self Development, reported to BCL & D (BINUS Anggrek Campus, Room 207)
Confirmation of activities related to Self-Development can be emailed to:

All Faculty Member should sending evidence along with completed form (KPI FM file Related to Self Development.pdf) to make confirmation related to Self Development.
NOTE: For FM in JWC (BBS / BUI / BNSD), confirmation of Self Development activities can be emailed to Mr. Burhanudin (burhanudin at binus.edu<mailto:burhanudin at binus.edu>).
2. Community Service, reported to CDA (Anggrek Campus, next to Copy Center at Basement)
Confirmation of Community Service activities can be emailed to Ms. Maryani (cda at binus.edu<mailto:cda at binus.edu>) and cc to Ms. Retno (retnodewanti at binus.edu<mailto:retnodewanti at binus.edu>).
All Faculty Members should upload the report through BM5 either the activities is provided by CDA or held privately.

All Faculty Members should sending supporting evidence that contain confirmation email of acceptance from Publisher along with softcopy paper Journal. If the Journal has been published, supporting evidence should be completed with journal cover and page of your paper.
