2025 International Conference on Information Management and Technology (ICIMTech 2025) - Bandung, Indonesia



Dear Colleague,

School of Information Systems, BINUS University are pleased to announce the 2025 International Conference on Information Management and Technology (ICIMTech 2025) that will be held from 28-29 August 2025 at Bandung, Indonesia (Hybrid Conference).  This year is the 10th edition of ICIMTech.



The conference aims to bring together researchers and experts in information systems to share their ideas, experiences, and insights. ICIMTech is organized by the School of Information Systems, Bina Nusantara University. ICIMTech 2025 would focus on the theme Digital Ecosystems: Innovations, Ethics, and Governance for a Sustainable Future delivered through the Keynotes Speakers and Distinguished Lecturers. Papers from the previous ICIMTech have been published in IEEE Xplore and indexed by SCOPUS.



Papers that are accepted and presented on ICIMTech 2025 will be submitted for publication in the IEEE Xplore. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distributions after the conference, including IEEE Xplore Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.



For onsite participants, a bus will be provided from BINUS  Anggrek Campus to BINUS Bandung Campus (August 28th, Morning) and from BINUS Bandung Campus to Binus Anggrek Campus (August 29th, Evening). Limited seats are available.



Important Dates :

Deadline for conference papers submission: 19th April 2025

Notification of Acceptance:  16th May 2025

Camera Ready : 31st July 2025

Registration Deadline:  15th August 2025

Conference date : 28th- 29th August 2025

Submission Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of 4-6 pages (including tables, figures and references) in standard IEEE double-column format. A Double blind-review process will be used to evaluate all submitted papers. Each full registration for the conference will cover a one paper.
