ICOBAR–SMART 2026 carries the theme “Technology and Governance Collaboration for Sustainable Mobility Innovation” and serves as an international forum for academics, researchers, and practitioners to strengthen research findings and innovations in Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Big Data, Autonomous Systems, Smart Governance, Intelligent Business, and Sustainable Mobility.

This conference also contributes to strengthening the long-standing collaboration between Indonesia and South Korea, which has spanned more than 52 years, particularly in the fields of education, research, and technological innovation.
