Dengan hormat,

Melalui surat ini, kami selaku Panitia Penyelenggara Acara Farewell Celebration & Year Book Grade 6 BINUS SCHOOL Serpong tahun ajaran 2018-2019 menawarkan bagi orang tua murid dan/atau anak-anak yang ingin menyampaikan ucapan selamat/kenang-kenangan dalam Yearbook, berupa FAMILY or FRIENDS QUOTE (FQ), yang bisa berisikan:

-      Foto dan pesan keluarga

-      Foto anak dan/atau hasil karya

-      Foto anak dan sahabat, dll.

Family Quote atau Friends Quote (FQ) akan dicetak menyerupai kolom iklan dengan biaya Rp 500.000 (lima ratus ribu rupiah) untuk setiap ukuran 1/6 (satu per enam) per FQ di halaman A4 Year Book 2019. Maksimum pemesanan adalah 1 halaman A4 (6 paket FQ) per anak.

SPONSORSHIP/IKLAN

Kami juga membuka kesempatan bagi para orang tua murid yang ingin mempromosikan bidang usaha/produk/jasanya dalam bentuk pemasangan iklan di dalam Year Book.  Syarat dan ketentuan terkait sponsorship dapat dilihat pada lampiran Formulir Sponsorship.

Bagi orang tua siswa Grade 6 yang berminat, dapat mengisi lengkap dan mengembalikan lembar asli konfirmasi pemasangan FQ atau Sponsorship terlampir dengan menyertakan bukti pembayaran selambat-lambatnya 28 Februari 2019.

FAREWELL CELEBRATION

Purpose

:

To conduct a simple Celebration for Student Grade 6 farewell with other friends who will not continue to Middle School of BINUS SERPONG and also to allow BINUS SCHOOL students to perform based on their creativity and their talents for the last time in the Elementary Year.

CATEGORY A

3.    2 (two) Companies/Organization can participate.

4.    Minimal cash sponsor is Rp. 20.000.000 (Twenty million Rupiah) net after tax.

Benefits:

a.    Company’s/Organization’s name will be printed in a full page hard paper either in page 2 (after front cover) or back cover;

b.    Booth bazaar (based on School’s schedule);

c.    Banner will be displayed within 3 days starting 2 days before and the day during the Farewell Celebration (5 locations within the School area)*

CATEGORY B

5.    1 (one) Company/organization can participate.

6.    Minimal cash sponsor is Rp. 15.000.000 (Fifteen million Rupiah) net after tax.

Benefits:

a.    Company’s/Organization’s name will be printed in the last page of a hard paper;

b.    Banner will be displayed within 3 days starting 2 days before and the day during the Farewell Celebration (4 locations within the School area)*

CATEGORY C

7.    Can be participated by more than 1 (one) Companies/organizations.

8.    Minimal cash sponsor is Rp. 12.000.000 (Twelve million Rupiah) net after tax.

Benefits:

a.    Company’s/Organization’s name will be printed in a full-page of soft paper inside the Book;

b.    Banner will be displayed within 3 days starting 2 days before and the day during the Farewell Celebration (3 locations within the School area)*

CATEGORY D

9.    Can be participated by more than 1 (one) Companies/organizations.

10.             Minimal cash sponsor is Rp. 7.000.000 (Seven million Rupiah) net after tax.

Benefits:

a.    Company’s/Organization’s name will be printed in a half page of soft paper inside the Book;

b.    Banner will be displayed within 3 days starting 2 days before and the day during the Farewell Celebration (2 locations within the School area)*

CATEGORY E

11.             Can be participated by more than 1 (one) Companies/organizations

12.             Minimal cash sponsor is Rp. 4.000.000 (Four million Rupiah) net after tax.

Benefits:

a.    Company’s/Organization’s name will be printed in a quarter page of soft paper inside the Book;

b.    Banner will be displayed within 3 days starting 2 days before and the day during the Farewell Celebration (1 location within the School area)*

*) Company/Organization or Sponsor shall provide its own banner. The work of installation and reinstallation shall be Company’s/Organization’s or Sponsor’s responsibility.

13.              The Committee has set the date of ________ as the deadline for the sponsors’ submission.

14.              The various types of sponsors are based on a first-come-first-served basis.

16.              Merchandises from your Company/Organization are subjected to approval from the sponsorship committee.

17.              The sponsorship committee has the right to turn down any sponsors which violates our school’s policy of sponsorship.

18.              An eligible Company/Organization shall fill in a written application. Please refer to Appendix A (attached) and return it to the committee.

19.              The Company/Organization needs to submit form of Appendix A to the sponsorship committee not later than the deadlines posted above. You may return the complete form through email yearbook2019binusserpong at gmail.com<mailto:yearbook2019binusserpong at gmail.com>.
