Dear Parents,



Please be advised that in the event of an accident in or outside (where a School personnel happens to be on site) the School involving a student:

·         School representative such as Nurse/Class Teacher/Class Advisor/Grade Level Head/Coordinators/ Affective Education Vice Principal will always contact the parents directly.

·         The School will never request the family to transfer funds. We strongly advise parents not to make any transfer of funds prior to a complete and proper verification.

·         If you receive calls from an unverified source claiming your child’s involvement in any accident and is requesting for funds, please contact the School for immediate verification through:

·         Your child’s Class Teacher / Class Advisor / Grade Level Head mobile phone

In general, please be advised that under no circumstance will any BINUSIAN staff ask any family for money over the phone due to emergency situations. All emergencies either in school or in any off campus school-related activity will initially be taken cared of by the school. In cases where hospitalization is involved, parents will be advised to meet school personnel in the hospital for further coordination.
