Dear ECY 3 Parents,
RE: ECY Fun Swim Day

We have set aside a day called the ECY Fun Swim Day to allow our young students to gain confidence in the water by introducing swimming games and water fun activities.

We would like to ask for your utmost support in conducting this event. The main objectives of this event are:

  1.  To prepare the students of ECY for the EL swimming programme.
  2.  To educate parents to help their kids join any external swimming programme for those who have high level of fear in the water.
  3.  To provide experience on Aquatic fitness.

On a separate note, we would like to inform you that your child needs to bring the following items for the swimming activity:


  *   Swimsuit / swimming trunks / shorts
  *   Spare clothes (PE uniform)
  *   Underwear
  *   Towel
  *   Goggles
  *   Sandals
  *   Sun block
  *   Plastic bag
  *   Arm floaters (compulsory for ECY 1 and 2 students)
Note:

  1.  The children are to come in their PE uniform.
  2.  The children are strongly encouraged to have breakfast before the swimming activity.
  3.  The children will be dismissed right after the activity.
  4.  Parents/caregivers are to help for the clean-up/shower time.
