Re: Pre-Order of ECY/EL Class Photo AY 2018-2019

Class photos are coming!

To celebrate the end of the Academic Year 2018–2019, the ECY/EL family is proud to present the ECY/EL Class Photo as a memento of this school year for ECY 1-2 and EL 1-5.

Class photos will be taken from Monday till Wednesday, 4th – 6th March 2019.

Please note that if your child is absent on the day of his or her class photo shoot, there will be no additional schedule. Nevertheless, he/she may still order the class photo.

Our class photo will be printed in full-colour.  Considering the limited number of printing, we offer parents a Pre-order Programme for Rp. 60.000,-/package.

This package includes (1) class photo in 10R photo size and (1) individual photograph in 4R photo size.

The pre-order procedures are as follows:

  1.  Make a payment through the ATM Gateway from 4th February (starting at 16:00) until 11th February (ending at 23:59) 2019.
  2.  Keep the ATM Receipt for confirmation of payment.
  3.  Submit the Reply Slip to the Class Teacher latest by 11th February.

Your order will be given before the end of Academic Year 2018 – 2019.  Thank you for your continuous support.

Perihal: Pemesanan Foto Kelas ECY/EL Tahun Ajaran 2018-2019

Pengambilan Foto Kelas akan segera berlangsung!

Untuk merayakan berakhirnya tahun pelajaran 2018–2019, keluarga besar ECY/EL dengan bangga mempersembahkan paket Foto Kelas untuk mengenang kebersamaan siswa-siswi dan guru selama satu tahun ajaran ini untuk ECY 1-2 dan EL 1-5.

Foto Kelas akan diadakan mulai hari Senin hingga Rabu, 4 – 6 Maret 2019.

Kami informasikan apabila putra/putri Anda berhalangan hadir pada hari Foto Kelas bersama teman-teman sekelasnya berlangsung, maka tidak akan ada jadwal pengganti.   Namun, dia masih tetap dapat memesan Foto Kelas untuk dirinya sendiri.

Foto Kelas tersebut akan dicetak berwarna.  Dikarenakan terbatasnya persediaan, kami menawarkan Paket Pemesanan Awal dengan harga Rp. 60.000,-/paket.

Paket ini termasuk (1) Foto Kelas dalam ukuran 10R dan (1) foto individual dalam ukuran 4R.

Prosedur pemesanan adalah sebagai berikut:

1.   Mohon membayar melalui BIS Serpong ATM Gateway dari tanggal 4 Februari (pukul 16.00) hingga 11 Februari (23.59) 2019.

2.   Mohon untuk menyimpan struk pembayaran ATM sebagai tanda bukti pembayaran.

3.   Kumpulkan Reply Slip/Slip Pemesanan ke Wali Kelas paling lambat tanggal 11 February 2019.

Paket foto yang Anda pesan akan dibagikan pada Triwulan 4 di Tahun Ajaran baru 2018/2019.
