REVISION: Outreach Closing Timeline

[School Serpong - Auto Notification]

Dear ECY/EL Parents,

As discussed with PSG, below please find the revised procedures of Outreach Closing Timeline.
Sesuai hasil diskusi dengan PSG, berikut adalah revisi prosedur dalam jadwal kegiatan tahap akhir.

Activity
Friday, 14 Feb
cut off day of collecting money; students and parents to count the amount of money at home during the weekend
Monday, 17- Thursday, 20 Feb

  *   students/ parents to put the money in a sealed envelope, write the name, class and amount on the envelope;
  *   CTs to collect the envelopes and give to GLHs;
  *   GLHs to give the envelopes to PRs on the same day
Friday, 21 – Sunday, 23 Feb
PRs and teams count the money
Monday, 24 – Friday, 28 Feb
PRs process and transfer to BOSF; and inform GLHs about the total donation; GLHs coordinate with BOSF for orangutan adoption
