Re: International Competition and Assessment for Schools [ICAS 2020]



The International Competitions and Assessments for Schools (ICAS) is conducted by the University of New South Wales annually in Australia and over 20 countries globally.

BINUS SCHOOL Serpong would like to offer your child an opportunity to compete on the world's stage and also in the regional arena, by participating in ICAS 2020.



Below are the offered subjects, dates of competition and registration fee of ICAS 2020.

The ICAS will be held in our school, if we have more than 10 participants per subject.

More details regarding the competition will be shared at later date.

Your child will also be given practice papers and coaching sessions in August - September 2020.



If you are interested to let your child participate in the competition, kindly:



*                     EL 2 Parents: 3 payment codes [for English, Maths and Science] will be sent through email.

EL 3 - 5 Parents: 4 payment codes [for English, Maths, Science and Digital Technology] will be sent through email.



*                     Each subject has its own code. Please make sure to pay using the correct code. No changes are allowed when paid to the wrong code.

The payment steps may be found in the Parent Desk and the student diary.



*                     Pay through BINUS ATM gateway* from 21st February 2020, 4 p.m. until 1st March 2020, 11.59 p.m. and get the payment receipt.

Attach the ATM transfer receipt in the diary and confirm by writing down the chosen ICAS subject(s) on 2nd  March 2020 at the latest.

It is vital that we follow this timeline to allow at least 2 coaching sessions before the examination.

This fee includes the test paper, air-freight to and from UNSW, results and certification.
