ECY/EL Stationery Ordering and Payment Online Reminder

Dear ECY/EL Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that the stationery list for school year 2020/2021 has been finalized. Also, the online stationery ordering & payment via Parent Desk will be opened on 24 February 07.00<mailto:January%2007.00> am and will be closed on 9 March 23:59.

Below are the details:

Remarks
General:

·     Please ensure that you check the Stationery item that has been shown on the parent desk. If you have the same item/s then you need not purchase the said item/s. If you have questions about the item/s please feel free to contact your child’s Class Teacher.

·      Please also note that you are free to purchase the prescribed stationery from other external vendors.

Ordering Online:

·       Please order the Stationery online through Parent Desk http://serpong.binus-school.net/parent

 Kindly refer to the parent desk for the manual guide.

·       Parents are required to fill the quantity against the Stationery items in the parent desk.

·       Payment method through BCA ATM Gateway or Credit Card (MasterCard & Visa)

·       Please print and keep the Stationery form to be submitted during collection.

·       Purchased items are considered final

Collection:

·      Order Form should be submitted

·     Stationery items that are ordered and collected are non-refundable, unless for retained students and the items are still in good condition.

·      Parents can collect all their child’s/children’s stationery orders

·      Please make sure to check all items that you receive. Claims after leaving the counter will not be accepted.

Dengan ini kami ingin menginformasikan bahwa daftar stationery untuk tahun ajaran 2020/2021 telah ditentukan. Untuk pemesanan stationery online & pembayaran melalui parent desk akan dibuka pada tanggal 24 Februari jam 07.00 dan akan ditutup tanggal 9 Maret jam 23.59.

Catatan
Umum :

·      Mohon dipastikan bahwa anda sudah mengecek stationery yang sudah tertera di parent desk. Apabila anda sudah memiliki stationery yang sama maka tidak perlu melakukan pembelian dari stationery yang dimaksud. Apabila anda memiliki pertanyaan mengenai stationery silahkan menghubungi Class Teacher anak anda.

·      Mohon menjadi catatan bahwa anda dipersilahkan untuk memesan stationery dari vendor luar.

Pemesanan & Pembayaran Online :

·   Mohon untuk memesan stationery secara online melalui parent desk http://serpong.binus-school.net/parent. Silahkan merujuk ke parent desk untuk panduannya.

·      Orang Tua diharapkan untuk mengisi jumlah  di stationery item di parent desk.

·      Pembayaran bisa melalui ATM BCA atau Kartu Kredit (Master Card & Visa)

·      Mohon untuk mencetak & menyimpan form pemesanan stationery untuk diserahkan pada saat pengambilan.

·      Stationery item yang sudah dibeli  tidak bisa dikembalikan.

Pengambilan :

·      Form pemesanan harus diserahkan

·    Stationery yang sudah dipesan & diambil tidak bisa dikembalikan, kecuali untuk siswa yang tidak naik kelas dan stationery tersebut masih dalam kondisi yang baik.

·      Orang Tua dapat mengambil semua pesanan stationery dari putra-putrinya

·     Mohon dipastikan untuk mengecek semua stationery yang diterima. Klaim setelah meninggalkan konter tidak      dapat diterima.
