Lebaran Donation Letter

[School Serpong - Auto Notification]

Dear MSHS Parents,

The holy month of blessing – Ramadhan and Idul Fitri is coming. In line with this, the MSHS PSG is calling all parents to show out care and participate in giving VOLUNTARY DONATION to our security guards, ISS staff, ME Staff, and the school drivers, who have supported our children in school.

The collection of donation will start from Monday, 22 April 2019 and the Gift-Giving shall be scheduled on Friday, 24 May 2019 at CAB Lobby. You may send your donation together with the receipt slip below to your child’s respective Class Advisor or you may put it in the drop boxes found in any of the areas below:

  *   Drop Off MS building
  *   Admission Lobby
  *   Big Canteen MS/HS
  *   Security post, Sjuman Hall
You may also transfer your donation to our Lebaran Donation Treasurer:  Dwi Rustanti, BCA account no 4971217698, BCA KCU Serpong.  (Please note your name/child’s name, and class in the receipt slip as attached in this email)

Due to the short period of collection, we would highly appreciate if you can send your donation not later than Thursday, 23 May 2019.
