[School Serpong - Auto Notification]

Dear Grade 12 Parent,

Greetings,

As we almost reach the end of Academic Year (AY) 2018-2019, we would like to remind you that your child’s Report Card from previous AY(s) have not been collected.  Therefore please come to ACOP in the CAB Building to collect those documents with details as outlined below :

Period Date

:

4th March 2019 to 29th March 2019 (except Saturday, Sunday and school holiday)

Time

:

Monday to Thursday, 07.00 – 16.00 and Friday, 07.00 – 15.00

Location

:

ECY-EL Academic Operations, CAB 1st floor


The Report Cards could be collected by:

-                      Student (himself/herself whose name appears on the Report Card) or

-                      Parent/Guardian of the student whose name is registered with the School or

-                      An authorised person with a letter of authorisation (surat kuasa), signed by the parent/guardian on a stamp duty with a copy of the parent’s/guardian’s ID and  a copy of the ID of the person collecting the Certificate.

After the due date, any collection request will require 3 working days to be processed. Please also note that the school will not be liable for any lost or damaged documents due to force majeure.
