Dear MSHS Parents,

Yth. Orang Tua Siswa-Siswi SMP/SMA



To promote overall good health of our students, the School will be facilitating a second round of vaccination for anti-influenza and vitamin C booster shots from the vendor Vaxcorp.  At this time, the School will be limiting the vaccination only to our students.  The details of the vaccine and shot are as follows:

Demi mendukung kesehatan yang baik di komunitas BINUS, sekolah akan mengadakan putaran kedua vaksinasi anti-influenza dan suntikan vitamin C yang akan dilakukan oleh vendor Vaxcorp. Pada kali ini Sekolah akan membatasi pelayanan vaksin hanya untuk siswa/siswi. Berikut rincian harga vaksin dan suntikan:

Kindly fill in the online form if you are interested to have your child vaccinated on or before 9 March .  Vaccination will take place in B - 103 (across LRC) on 12 March, from 09:00 onwards.  A schedule per level will be prepared depending on the confirmation and payments received.  Payments should be done online prior to vaccination. Vaksinasi akan dilaksanakan di Ruang B-103 (Gedung MS di seberang Perpustakaan) pada hari Kamis, 12 Maret 2020, mulai pukul 09.00. Jadwal per level akan dipersiapkan berdasarkan pengesahan pembayaran yang diterima. Pembayaran dilakukan secara online sebelum hari pelayanan.
