Other important arrangements for ECY & EL Class Parties:

  *   No decorations/ no elaborated decorations are highly encouraged as we still have a normal timetable in the morning and the 3-Way Conference on 14 Dec 2019. A banner for the photoshoot session is allowed.
  *   Parents can start dropping off some party things after dismissal on 12 Dec 2019, but no preparation/decorating activities are allowed as we still have a normal timetable in the morning.
  *   The preparation for the party and the display of the banner for the photoshoot session can be arranged during the snack time/ preparation time stated above.
  *   Only 2-4 parents may stay in the classroom to help organize the party. Your cooperation is highly appreciated to ensure that our children can fully enjoy their class party with their friends, and this will also help enhance the party’s atmosphere by lessening the noise inside the classroom and giving more room for movement.
  *   On 13 Dec 2019, students may come in free/ casual and proper clothes (no sandals). However, special costumes/ accessories (if any) can be worn during the class party time only. Students can change during the snack time.

Your kind understanding and cooperation are highly appreciated to ensure that the preparation for PTC and 3-Way Conference on 14 Dec 2019 can be done optimally.
