EL6 - Required Documents for Dapodik & Ujian Sekolah

[School Serpong - Auto Notification]

Dear Parents of Grade 6,

To complete and update Grade 6 student’s profiles in Dapodik and Ujian Sekolah purpose for AY 2019-2020, we would like to ask your cooperation to submit a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate and Family Card (clearly stated the NIK: Nomor Induk Kependudukan) to ACOP ECY-EL at CAB building on or before 17 February 2020. Untuk melengkapi dan memperbaharui profil siswa kelas 6 di Dapodik dan Ujian Sekolah TA. 2019-2020, kami mohon kerjasama Anda untuk mengumpulkan copy Akta Kelahiran dan Kartu Keluarga  (jelas tertulis NIK:  Nomor Induk Kependudukan) ke kantor ACOP ECY-EL di Gedung CAB sebelum tanggal 17 Februari 2020.
