Gajah Mada Rehearsal Arrangement

[School Serpong - Auto Notification]

Dear Parents of Mahapatih Gajah Mada performers,

As informed in the previous email, performers of Mahapatih Gajah Mada will have several rehearsals.
To avoid the performers being physically too tired, we have special arrangement for them.

Please follow the arrangement for the following days:


Tuesday, 28 January
(Internal – Preview Show)
3.00 – 5.00 pm
Saturday, 1 February
(Rehearsal)

08.30 – 12.00
Thursday, 6 February
(Final Rehearsal)

3.00 – 5.00 pm
Friday, 7 February
(Performance Day)
5.00 – 7.30 pm

ECY Dance

·    No school day (optional)

·    Come at 2 pm to Sjuman Hall

·    Dismissal: 5 pm
All performers come at 8.30 to Sjuman Hall and dismiss at 12.00

·    No school day (optional)

·    Come at 2 pm to Sjuman Hall

·    Dismissal: 5 pm
Special arrangement will be informed later

ECY Taekwondo
Choir EL1-2

·    Come to school by 10.40

·    Go to Sjuman Hall at 1.15 (fetch by the teachers)

·    Dismissal: 5 pm

·    Come to school by 10.40

·    Go to Sjuman Hall at 1.15 (fetch by the teachers)

·    Dismissal: 5 pm
Dance EL1-2
Villagers EL1-2

·    Come to school by 10.00
