Advisory on Changes for the Belitung Immersion

[School Serpong - Auto Notification]

Dear Grades 7 and 8 Parents,

Thank you for allowing your child to join the Belitung Immersion. The School received an advisory from our vendor that there are flight changes released by Garuda Airlines, such that flights to Belitung via Garuda Airlines are now limited to three days specifically Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Due to the above changes, the School has adjusted the travel times for this immersion. Please be advised of the following:


  1.  Batch 1 Trip: 27th - 29th March
Departure: 06.20 from Soekarno Hatta Airport Cengkareng to Belitung
Arrival: 16.50 in Jakarta at Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport


  1.  Batch 2 Trip: 29th - 31st March

Departure: 06.20 from Soekarno Hatta Airport Cengkareng to Belitung
               Arrival: 16.50 in Jakarta at Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport

       c.     We will be using Garuda Airlines when we depart from Jakarta to Belitung. Upon return i.e. from Belitung to Jakarta, we will be using Citilink.
Our apologies for this inconvenience, which is beyond the School's and our vendor's control. Rest assured that despite the changes, the programme will run as communicated during the parent information session.
