Dear Parents of Grade 12,



To complete the required documents of Grade 12 UN Preparation in Dapodik’s system AY 2019-2020, we would like to ask your favour to submit the copy of updated family card [show the details: number family card and National Identity Number (Nomor Induk Kependudukan = NIK) for each family member in the family card] to Academic Operations ECY-EL (AcOp ECY-EL) at CAB on or before 20 Jan 2020.
