We are pleased to inform you that the textbook list for school year 2019/2020 has been finalised. The online textbook ordering & payment will be opened on 20 February 07.00<mailto:January%2007.00> am and will be closed on 9 March 23:59.

Below are the details:

>From 7:00 a.m. on 20 February 2019 to 23:59 p.m. on 9 March 2019

Remarks

General:

·         Please ensure that you check the book title and ISBN Number. If you have the same title/s from sibling/s then you need not purchase the said books. If you have questions about the titles, please feel free to contact your child’s Class Advisor or Subject Teacher.

·         Please be reminded that as some of the prescribed textbooks are imported, more time may be needed to process them. Thus, the vendor will not be accepting any orders after the allotted time stated above.

·         Please also note that you are free to purchase the prescribed textbooks from external vendors.
Ordering &  Payment Online:

·         To order books online, please go through Parent Desk http://serpong.binus-school.net/parent, kindly select the activities menu, choose the book order option and click the “go to binus store” button to proceed.

·         For further guidance, kindly refer to the BINUS store manual guide in the “announcement and news” section located in the Parent desk.

·         Parents are required to fill the quantity against the title of books in the BINUS store website.

·         Payment methods through BINUS store, BCA virtual account number or Credit Card (MasterCard & Visa)

·         Please print and keep the Book Order form to be submitted during collection.
Collection:

·         Order Form should be submitted

·         Textbooks that are ordered and collected are non-refundable, unless for students who have been retained.

·         Students who have siblings and want to collect with multiple grades can do so on the same schedule with the older sibling in ECYEL.

·         Please make sure to check all items that you receive. Claims after leaving the counter will not be accepted.

·         Collection Date is on May 21 – 27.

·         After the distribution period, unclaimed textbooks within 6 months will be used for the school’s social awareness projects
Reminder:

  *   The title that has a yellow highlight means the student doesn’t need to buy the textbook, because he/she has used/purchased it already from the previous academic year.
  *   The title that has a number indicated in the quantity column is mandatory.
