Parking Policy

[School Serpong - Auto Notification]

Dear ECYEL Parents,

We kindly remind you of  the following:

Drop-off area

  *   When dropping your child to school in the morning, please ensure that your child’s bag is next to him/her for easier access when your car stops and  your child goes out from the car at the drop-off area. If you need to assist/walk your child to class / entrance gate, please park your car at the parking area first.  Please do not use the drop-off area to park and assist/walk your child to class / entrance gate in the mornings.
  *   When picking up your child at the drop-off area during dismissal, please don’t wait at the drop-off area. Our Security Guards will ask cars to move if your child is not ready to be picked up at that area.
  *   When waiting at the drop-off area, you are not allowed to drive your car backwards if there is  a car in front of you. It is very dangerous, since a child may walk behind your car without you being aware of it.

Melalui email ini kami ingin menginformasikan kembali mengenai hal berikut :

Drop-off area

·        Ketika mengantar anak anda ke sekolah di pagi hari, mohon pastikan agar tas anak anda berada di sebelahnya, untuk mempermudah anak anda saat kendaraan berhenti dan  turun di drop-off area. Jika anda perlu membantu / mengantarkan anak anda ke kelas / entrance gate, harap parkirkan kendaraan anda terlebih dahulu di tempat parkir. Mohon untuk tidak memarkirkan kendaraan anda di drop-off area saat membantu / mengantar anak anda ke kelas / entrance gate di pagi hari.

·        Ketika menjemput anak anda di drop-off area di saat pulang, mohon agar kendaraan anda tidak menunggu di drop-off area. Petugas Keamanan kami akan menginstruksikan kendaraan untuk bergerak dari drop-off area jika anak anda tidak berada di drop-off area.

·        Ketika berada di drop-off area, anda tidak diperbolehkan mengendarai mobil mundur. Ini sangat berbahaya, karena seorang anak dapat berjalan di belakang mobil anda tanpa anda menyadarinya.
