ECY- Swimming Memo

[School Serpong - Auto Notification]

Dear ECY- Parents (for swimming SCP),



We would like to seek for your support in helping us ensure the SAFETY of our students, your children by following the things below:

1. School bags can be taken at the dropping point beside AcOp office.

2. We would like to request parents/nannies to help bring their kids to the toilet when needed during the course as not to disturb the ongoing classes (as swim coaches need to be at the pool for the safety of the kids).

3. Parents/ nannies will be in charge of taking their kids to the shower room after the SCP.

4. Parents/ nannies will be in charge of fetching their kids from the venue (swimming pool) after SCP.

5. All ECY swimming students (both males and females) will only use the Girls toilet near the swimming pool.

6. Please prepare the swimming equipment before coming to school.

7. Put swim wear, goggles, toiletries, towel and changing clothes in a separate bag.

Let us help each other and cooperate for the full safety of the students.

Mohon dukungan anda dalam membantu kami memastikan KESELAMATAN anak-anak anda dengan mematuhi hal-hal di bawah ini:
1. Tas sekolah dapat diambil di tempat yang sudah disediakan di samping kantor AcOp.

2. Mohon orangtua/ pengasuh anak untuk membantu anak-anak ke toilet ketika dibutuhkan selama sesi berenang agar tidak mengganggu kelas yang sedang berlangsung (pelatih harus berada di kolam renang untuk menjaga keselamatan anak-anak).
3. Orangtua/ pengasuh bertanggung jawab membawa anak-anak ke kamar mandi setelah SCP.
4. Orangtua/ pengasuh bertanggung jawab menjemput anak-anak dari kolam renang setelah SCP.

5. Semua siswa ECY SCP renang (baik laki-laki dan perempuan) akan menggunakan toilet Wanita di dekat kolam renang.
6. Mohon siapkan peralatan renang sebelum datang ke sekolah.
7. Taruh pakaian renang, kacamata renang, perlengkapan mandi, handuk, dan pakaian ganti di tas terpisah.

Mari kita saling membantu dan bekerja sama untuk menjaga keselamatan para siswa.
