Perihal : Kebutuhan Dokumen untuk Ujian Nasional
Re:  Document Requirements for National Examination


Berikut kami informasikan untuk mengumpulkan pasfoto anak bapak/ibu sebagai persyaratan Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer (UNBK), dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
Please be informed to submit your child's photos for the Computer Based Test National Examination (UN-CBT), with the following specifications:

*       Foto berwarna dicetak di kertas foto doff (bukan kertas foto glossy)

Coloured Photo printed in doff photo paper (not glossy photo paper)

*       4 lembar foto ukuran 2 X 3; 6 lembar foto ukuran 3 X 4

4 pcs of size 2 X 3; 4 pcs of size size 3 X 4

*      Menggunakan seragam sekolah yang lengkap (Tanpa Blazer)

Must be in complete uniform (No Blazer)

*      Latar belakang foto merah

Red background

*      Tidak menggunakan kacamata

No eyeglasses

*      Rambut harus disisir rapi dan kedua telinga harus terlihat

Hair must be neat, and ears must be visible

*      Tidak menggunakan ID

ID Card is NOT required

*      Tulis nama lengkap anak bapak/ibu dan kelasnya di setiap lembar belakang foto.

Write your child's full name and class behind each photo.


Mohon mengumpulkan pasfoto melalui Wali Kelas anak bapak/ibu paling lambat tanggal 31 Oktober 2019.
Please submit the photos to your child's Class Advisor by 31 October 2019.



Data siswa dan orangtua yang akan tercantum di Sertifikat Nasional (Ijazah) akan mengacu kepada Akta Kelahiran siswa/i dan Sertifikat Nasional (Ijazah) terakhir. Jika ada perubahan, mohon untuk menyerahkan dokumen yang diperlukan untuk validasi lebih lanjut.

The student's and parent's data that will be printed on the National Certificate (Ijazah) will refer to the child's birth certificate and the previous National Certificate (Ijazah). Should there be any changes, please submit the necessary document(s) for further validation.
