Dear Grade 1 Parents,

Re: Modular Swimming Programme for Elementary 1



The ECY/EL Physical Education Department of BINUSSCHOOL Serpong is continuously seeking innovative and exciting ways to improve our students' learning experiences.



We would like to inform you that the ECY/EL PE Department will introduce a Modular Swimming Programme for Grade 1 students in Term 2.  At the end of the programme, we expect that the students will be able to:


* demonstrate correct execution of flutter kicks with kickboard

The Modular Swimming Programme is compulsory for all students and will run for four weeks from 14th October to 8thNovember 2019. The swimming schedule is the same as the PE schedule.



All students still need to come to school wearing their complete PE uniform with swimsuits underneath (especially the morning schedule class).



Specific items they need to bring for swimming lesson are:
* swimming suit, towel, goggles, sandals
* sunblock, body wash, shampoo
* plastic bag for wet clothes
* put all the items in one swimming bag (not too small, not too big)



Please inform the respective teacher if you have swimming concerns about your child. Parents are allowed to come to the swimming pool 20 minutes before the end of the swimming lesson.
