Institut Paul Bocuse is located in Lyon, France and one of the best Hospitality, Food Service Management and Culinary Arts School in the world. The Institut offers Bachelor, Master, and PhD programs in both French and English.
The topics that will be covered are:

Some information on the university:
• The Institut was founded by the great French chef, Paul Bocuse (Pope of Gastronomy whose restaurant has the longest-standing 3 Michellin stars since 1965 in the world) in 1990. Later in 1998, Mr. Gerard Pelisson, one of the co-founders of Accord Hotels Group, joined the Institut.
• It has 6 restaurants and a lot of kitchens for students to practice in
• Paul Bocuse founded Bocuse D'Or, the world's most prestigious culinary competition (Instagram: @bocusedor)
• Located in Lyon, France which is only 2 hours by train from Paris. It's the capital of world gastronomy and the 3rd biggest city in France.
• Employability rate: 100%. All of our alumni find jobs which suit their field within 6 months after graduation.
• The Institut Paul Bocuse is the only private institution in France with 2 accreditations from Ministry of Higher Education and Ministry of Labor.
• Our programs are inclusive of class-study and on-the-job training (internship) in the first 3 years of Bachelor study.
