Institut Paul Bocuse is located in Lyon, France and one of the best Hospitality, Food Service Management and Culinary Arts School in the world. The Institut offers Bachelor, Master, and PhD programs in both French and English.
Nagoya University (Japan) is a nationally-funded research university with strong focus on international education. We are the host of six Nobel Laureates from Physics and Chemistry field. NU has more than 400 international agreements worldwide which provides students with research exchange opportunities and overseas experience.

* The Institut was founded by the great French chef, Paul Bocuse (Pope of Gastronomy whose restaurant has the longest-standing 3 Michellin stars since 1965 in the world) in 1990. Later in 1998, Mr. Gerard Pelisson, one of the co-founders of Accord Hotels Group, joined the Institut.
* Our International Undergraduate Programs (in Automotive Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Biological, Sciences, Social Sciences, and Japan-in-Asia Cultural Studies) have been launched in October 2011.
* It has 6 restaurants and a lot of kitchens for students to practice in
* All courses are taught in English and our programs don't require any Japanese language proficiency so we welcome students who are fluent in English. We are proud of our alumni network. Universities that alumni chose for Graduate programs are:
