Cancellation of Harvard Model United Nations (HMUN)

[School Serpong - Auto Notification]

Dear HMUN Parents,

In light of the outbreak of a new form of coronavirus which originated in China, the School has decided to cancel the participation of our students in this year's Harvard Model United Nations (HMUN) scheduled on the 17th to 24th of March 2020.  As you may have gathered from recent news, a good number of countries are taking necessary precautions, particularly involving travels to and from China at this time.

This decision has been made with the safety and wellbeing of our students and staff at the topmost of our priority.  We do understand that this may cause some disappointment from your children so we hope you can also help in explaining the seriousness of the situation to them.

The School is waiting for feedback from the organisers for a possible refund of fees paid.  We will update everyone as soon as we get confirmation regarding this matter.
